Shania Nadia Howard, 26, was left drenched in beer after a man chucked a pint over her as she paraded around the London Stadium with a cheeky sign
A social media star was left soaking wet after getting a full pint lobbed at her when she began winding up West Ham supporters at a football match.
Shania Nadia Howard got hit with instant karma after strutting about outside the ground with a provocative placard. The 26-year-old brandished a sign reading “West Ham are sh*t” while strolling around the venue.
Her antics were short-lived as the influencer was doused in lager when someone hurled a pint at her. Shania subsequently posted the footage online, where it’s amassed a staggering 1.5m views and 11,100 likes. Shania, from Gorleston, Norfolk, said: “I was expecting some verbal abuse but not anything further like a drink being thrown at me.”
“I guess a drink is better than being spat on or pushed about like the Liverpool parade I went to.”
She added: “Afterwards, one of the [Manchester] United stewards came and asked if I was okay but by the time we tried to see where the guy that chucked a drink over me was, he was gone. I then went into Westfield and bought new clothes so I was warm and dry.”
The startling clip was filmed outside the London Stadium, Stratford, on 10 Feb. Shania, a devoted Manchester United supporter who attends her teams home and away games, made the journey to London to back the Red Devils. Shania added: “I go to every football game to support my team Manchester United and every now and then I like to have a laugh with the fans.
“I was walking around with the sign I had written around London to make a vlog for my Instagram to see people’s reactions.” The response to the clip has left commenters split. One person commented: “So deserved.”
Another added: “Even as a United fan I’d say you deserved it.”
Yet another remarked: “Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.”
One individual noted: “Proof football fans are sensitive children.”
The Daily Star previously reported on a mixed martial arts bout in the Czech Republic erupted into mayhem after one fighter sank his teeth into his opponent’s ear.
Vaclav Mikulasek, nicknamed Baba Jaga, and Pavol Vasko, known to fight fans as Pali Hari, were competing when Slovakian fighter Vasko sparked outrage with his behaviour. In clips circulated on social media, Mikulasek can be seen clutching his ear and crying out in agony as he turns to face the referee.
At this moment, the audience turns on Vasko, who is shown batting away spectators as beverages and even seats come flying towards him. A promotional poster from Clash MMA advertising the match labelled it as “No Rules”.
