John Fury, father of Tyson Fury, launched an X-rated attack on Carl Froch at a press conference.

John Fury launched a foul-mouthed tirade at Carl Froch during son Tyson’s press conference ahead of his return to the ring. Fury Snr had made the journey to London to support his son in the run-up to his comeback fight against Arslanbek Makhmudov in April.

However, it was John who lost his temper at the press conference, bursting into the room and challenging ‘The Cobra’, reigniting their ongoing feud.

A furious Fury Snr declared: “I’m John Fury, where the f*** are you, let’s get it on. Where are you pal? Let’s get the f*** on with it. Here I am, they talk about me day and night on video. “Here I am, I’m here to fight. Where are you? Where the f*** are you? The world’s been calling me a f****** s***house.”

The reason for Fury Snr’s outburst at the press conference remains unclear, but he and Froch have a long-standing rivalry, with Fury having previously challenged the former Super-Middleweight world champion to a bout at Wembley Stadium back in 2024.

Froch was present at the press conference as part of his role as a pundit for Netflix, and has been critical of the role John has played in Tyson’s career. Fury Snr continued his rant after exiting the room.

John said: “Put some f****** respect on the name of John Fury and get that f****** Carl Froch here. If he wants it I’m f****** here and anybody else in this f****** building. Look here, (I am) the ultimate f****** meal.

“Never f*** with this guy ever again. If you’re not willing to put up, f****** shut up. Run like a f****** b**** Carl Froch, run like a f****** b****.

“All them f****** calling me John Fury on the f****** video like I’m afraid of any man that walks. I’m afraid of no man, only God almighty, and I’m here to prove it to you all.

“F*** this charade this is f****** me, John Fury. I don’t give a f*** about no man. Put some f****** respect on my name.

“Because when they mentioned John Fury’s name, you run like a b**** Carl Froch. Don’t talk about me no more because I’ll come to knock your f****** head in.”

He said: “Treat me with some f****** respect. I made all this happen so here’s the statement. Here is the statement. Without the s**** in my bollocks all you f****** wouldn’t have a f****** paycheck. F*** you all.”

The explosive outburst wasn’t finished there, with Fury Snr creating further mayhem once the press conference had got underway. John stepped onto the stage beside Tyson, though his appearance was brief.

“Can I stop you there?” he butted in. “I’ve made my points here. Tyson I love you son. Spencer [Brown] come here, you are his manager.”

Fury Sr planted a kiss on his son’s head and departed the stage after merely ten seconds, leaving presenter Josh Denzel bewildered.

This isn’t the first occasion John has sparked mayhem before a fight featuring his sons. He headbutted a member of Oleksandr Usyk’s team prior to Tyson’s bout in 2024, and also hurled a table during Tommy Fury’s press conference before his clash with KSI in October 2023.
