Administrators have been appointed for Stonham Barns Holiday Park in Suffolk – but it promises to honour all existing bookings
Everything you need to know as popular UK holiday park goes into administration
- A popular UK holiday park complete with shopping village, theatre and golf course has gone into administration after financial struggles.
- Stonham Barns in Suffolk filed for administrators on Monday (February 16), with David Hudson and David Hinrichsen of FRP Advisory taking control of the site. Mr Hudson told The Sun: “We are very much focussed on business as usual and want to reassure guests with existing bookings that these are unaffected.”
- The park is famous for hosting historical re-enactments and classic car shows in the Suffolk countryside.
- All existing bookings will be honoured and new ones are still being taken, with facilities operating normally during the administration process.
- The administrators are actively marketing the site for sale while continuing to trade, aiming to secure the park’s future as a going concern.
