Nevertheless, it can now be confirmed that Katie and her new husband possess a legitimate marriage certificate. Despite her friends and family cautioning her about Lee, the 47-year-old “officially said ‘I do’ again inside Abu Dhabi’s judicial department”.
Official paperwork shows that Katie and Lee “signed on the dotted line to formally register the marriage on February 17”, The Sun reported. This marks Katie’s fourth trip down the aisle, following her previous marriages to Peter Andre, Alex Reid, and Kieran Hayler.
Exclusive images capture Katie dressed in jogging bottoms and trainers as she wed Lee, sharing hugs and holding hands after exchanging vows. It’s thought she sought the proper documentation before heading back to the UK for another planned ceremony, according to the Sun.
She has reportedly been honeymooning in the UAE, though things haven’t gone smoothly. A meeting with her close friend Kerry Katona and Kerry’s boyfriend Paolo Margaglione in Dubai erupted into chaos after an argument, resulting in Lee “punching Paolo in a shock bust-up”, as per The Sun.
Hours later, Katie appeared in a video “slurring” after declaring she’s expecting Lee’s baby, prompting her sister Sophie Price to post about “pain” and “coming to your senses” in the midst of Katie’s whirlwind romance. The sisters’ relationship is reportedly under strain, and Katie’s friendship with Kerry is also said to be faltering.
Friends are increasingly concerned for Katie, especially after she launched a verbal attack on Lee’s ex-fiancée Alana Percival in a scathing Instagram post.
