The Perfume Shop’s ‘stunning’ £30 Mother’s Day’s sprays ‘will be worn anyplace’

Fans of Bridgerton (us included) cannot wait for the second instalment of season four to arrive on February 26. With anticipation building for the storyline, to celebrate this return The Perfume Shop has revealed a brand new fragrance range inspired by the period drama.

What’s more is the limited edition trio is on sale now and it’s perfect for Mother’s Day presents – particularly seeing as they’ve got 30% off.

The collection features three distinctly unique fragrances to suit a broad spectrum of women, including Dearest Tempting Peach, Dearest Rebel Vanilla and Dearest Graceful Hydrangea. Initially costing £42, they’ve been reduced to £29.99 for a 50ml bottle, which is a 30% saving lasting until Mother’s Day – March 15 (pop it in the calendar).

Using the Netflix hit as its muse regarding scent and design, each fragrance comes in a tinted glass bottle topped with an elegant golden cap. This retro aesthetic would look stunning on a vanity table, thus making it ease to reach for everyday application.

Anticipated to become one of the most sought-after scents is the Dearest Rebel Vanilla, with gourmand fragrances gaining popularity in 2026. Vanilla-based perfumes have been reigning supreme for quite some time, with customers gravitating towards those comforting, cosy and sugary accords.

This amber floral boasts notes of silky rose, gardenia and jasmine ‘before surrendering to the addictive pull of gourmand vanilla’. It’s already secured a 4.5 star rating on The Perfume Shop website, with one shopper remarking: “This is a very high end smell I like the notes smells fancy like flowers some vanilla it’s great wearable for summer time feels great I love this scent.”, reports the Manchester Evening News.

“So many compliments when wearing this fragrance,” said another, adding: “Long lasting! Cute bottle to display. And the bottle size is great for travel too. It feels light on the skin.”

Some have been rather let down by how long it lasts, though, writing: “The perfume does not last longer but has a great scent, mild and refreshing but would have preferred if it stayed longer than it does.”

That being said, another added: “Smells so delightful. I am a perfume connoisseur and love this perfume. It is intoxicating. My boyfriend complimented this scent immediately. It reminds me of flowerbomb. But for the price it is beast mode! I like the gold ball cap and green label. Super cute.”

Meanwhile, another sought-after vanilla fragrance is Kayali’s Vanilla 28, which costs £73 at Boots. It features notes of vanilla, cosy brown sugar and silky tonka, and works brilliantly for blending with other fragrances that need a touch of sweetness.

However, vanilla fragrances aren’t suited to everyone, with others preferring fruitier or more botanical notes – and The Perfume Shop is catering for that market, too. The top-rated fragrance of the collection is Dearest Graceful Hydrangea, which has earned an average rating of 4.7 stars.

The floral woody scent features notes of blackcurrant and cedarwood, mellowed by praline accents for a sophisticated spray. One shopper said: “I tried the Bridgerton Graceful Hydrangea perfume and it feels very soft, elegant, and feminine.

“The scent opens with a light floral hydrangea note that isn’t too strong, and it slowly settles into a sweet, powdery fragrance that feels really classy and romantic. It gives that “royalty” Bridgerton vibe — gentle, pretty, and a bit dreamy — without being overpowering. I like that it’s suitable for everyday wear as well as special occasions, and it lingers nicely on clothes and skin. Overall, it’s a beautiful, graceful perfume that makes you feel fresh and put-together.”

“This perfume has a lovely and feminine scent. It lasts beautifully on the skin and dries down easily. It is perfect for a romantic date night or for someone who wants to smell beautiful and feminine. Would be great for those of all ages,” remarked another.

However, some have noted that it feels more masculine. One commented: “The fragrance is unique but it’s hard to specify if it’s best for male or female. It’s strong and intense but I was hoping this will be a more feminine fragrance by looking at the bottle and from watching the series. I don’t like it personally.”

Finally, Dearest Tempting Peach features notes of peach, ripe mango and mandarin for a fruity finish. Like the others, it’s priced under £30 making it ideal for presents.

One buyer described it as ‘intoxicating’ whilst another praised it as a ‘beautiful light peachy powder scent. that ‘you can wear anywhere’.

Someone else penned: “I was quite surprised by the scent. It’s a fresh fragrance with delicious peach notes. It doesn’t last very long on the skin, around 3–4 hours, but for the price I think it’s pretty good. Plus, the bottle is very pretty.”
