Shocking footage has surfaced online showing two gangs involved in a violent armed confrontation. Captured at The Jewel Asda car park, the disturbing video shows masked youths wielding knives and batons.
The alarming footage has circulated across social media platforms over the past 24 hours, though when exactly the incident occurred remains unclear. In the clip, two males can be observed locked in combat.
One appears to be gripping what looks like a black baton whilst his opponent seems to be clutching a bladed weapon, reports Edinburgh Live.
Another individual dressed in grey can be spotted leaping about behind the person brandishing the blade. Multiple strikes and swipes of the baton are traded before three additional males enter the frame.
One person, visible in a hooded jumper with grey detailing on the shoulders, appears to be wielding a weapon with an extended blade.

He can be clearly seen swinging the deadly implement at a male dressed in dark attire. A pursuit then unfolds with the gangs spotted fleeing across the supermarket car park.
Witnesses gasped ‘he’s been slashed’ as one escaping male is observed being struck after stumbling near a petrol pump.
Another bystander can be heard exclaiming: “He’s got a big kitchen knife. Holy s***. No, this is a medieval fight.”
One resident, 49, commented: “All of a sudden it just erupted. I don’t know if it was rival gangs or what but it’s not what you expect in broad daylight at the local supermarket.
“It looked like they all had weapons, knives, huge blades and I think one had a bat. They were wildly slashing at each other as shoppers wandered by – it’s terrifying really.”
The video concludes with members of one gang sprinting past the car wash to escape the scene. Police Scotland have been approached for comment.
