One of Donald Trump’s closest and most important allies is facing the heat after she was spotted allegedly breaching a major security rule while the US President carried out his brutal strikes on Iran.

Trump’s beloved White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles was photographed next to the Commander-in-chief in his makeshift Situation Room at Mar-a-Lago. The White House posted images from the intense mission, carried out with Israel, on Saturday at Trump’s Florida mansion – but eagle-eyed viewers spotted a “security breach” by one of the President’s most staunch loyalists.

Wiles was spotted wearing an electronic fitness device on her wrist next to the President while he bombed Iran.

While some people online believed Wiles’ device was an Apple Watch, it was later revealed she was wearing a WHOOP fitness tracker. Critics claimed this move was a potential security breach because the fitness device had Bluetooth capabilities.

Some people even claimed the tracker could have been hacked and controlled form elsewhere during the crucial military operation. CNN News’ Brian Stelter posted: “I love my @WHOOP (and immediately recognized it in the photo of Susie Wiles).”

Despite the uproar online, the CEO of WHOOP quickly swooped into the conversation and, in a statement, said the tech “does not include a microphone, GPS, or cellular capability of any kind”. The company boss even added his device was on the National Security Agency’s list of security approved items for the White House and government staff.

The White House was also quick to back Wiles and told the Daily Mail that WHOOP products had been approved by the NSA and were “secure by design”. Trump transformed his Florida resort home, where he appears to spend most of his weekends instead of Washington DC, into a war room.

The US President greenlit early morning strikes with Israel on Tehran and other Iranian cities on Saturday morning, to the shock of the world. Images posted online showed Trump with key security advisors and government officials, including Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Susie Wiles, in his house.

Later that evening, while strikes across the Middle East and news the supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei started to break, the President reportedly planned to host a $1 million per head candlelit fundraising dinner for his super PAC, MAGA Inc.
