An adult model has told she has been left “embarrassed” by her own boobs after a rare complication caused one of them to droop and become lopsided.

Samantha Grant, 39, said she noticed her left boob was unbalanced when she was looking at pictures she had taken of them in November last year.

The part-time aesthetics practitioner decided to fork out £7,000 to get them done and opted to have her breasts increased from a B cup to a G cup in March 2014 to “boost” her “confidence” as she felt “embarrassed” as they “didn’t look proportional to her body”.

But now Samantha, from Sheffield, South Yorks, says she is left with the same overwhelming feelings after noticing one of her new boobs has “bottomed out” and are no longer the same size. Bottoming out is a rare phenomenon where the implant drops below the inframammary fold (crease below the breast) causing them to become unbalanced, according to North Shore Cosmetic Surgery, USA.

She says she no longer can afford to get them fixed and is begging people to help her afford going under the knife again. Samantha is now crowdfunding to raise money for specialist £15,000 correction surgery to get them replaced as she says without help, it will take her three years to save up the full amount.

Samantha said: “I now sleep in a bra to give them support as I’m starting to panic as I don’t want them to get any worse. I can no longer wear anything strapless and I now wear more clothes and cover my cleavage as I don’t want anyone to notice and point it out.

“It is noticeable that one of them has moved out of place and I don’t want anyone else to see it. I’m 5,8, and I was embarrassed by my B cup – I used to buy padded bras to make it look like I had something on my chest.

“I got them done to boost my confidence as I was struggling mentally with them. It is also affecting my mental health especially regarding the price as it is going to take me a while to save up that sort of money.”

Samantha first had her boobs implanted at Highgate Hospital in London 12 years ago which cost her £7,500. She had them placed between her rib cage and behind her chest muscle.

And she had no issues until she noticed her left boob “looked different” after taking pictures for her adult content page – Kinkykandyxox – which she runs as a side hustle for extra cash. She said: “I noticed one of them was sitting lower than the other and became worried.”

And following doing some research, she found her boobs had bottomed out. Samantha said: “When I take pictures for content, I now have to squeeze them together to make them look even.

“It also really impacts the poses I can do.” Samantha contacted several implant specialists in the UK and abroad in Turkey and Belgium but they all billed her £15,000.

However, Sam says due to the nature of her job, she is still struggling to take on more clients to save money for the procedure and she has also been saving up money from her adult content page too. But she says at her current rate, it will take her around three years to save enough for the procedure.

This is because she would need a number of procedures and have specialist H cup implants made to fill out her chest and prevent it from happening again. She said: “I have been told I need both implants removed, an uplift on my left boob, and then two new H cup custom-made to fill the pocket behind the chest muscle to prevent this from happening again.

“It is ruining my life, I want to be confident and feel good in my own skin again.” You can donate to the GoFundMe here: https://gofund.me/7b3c41017
