A former Tottenham star was always injured because of the amount of sex he has having at home as his ex-wife claimed they would jump in bed seven to 10 times a week
Former Tottenham star Kevin-Prince Boateng failed to make the grade at White Hart Lane, largely down to his persistent injury problem that were apparently self-inflicted.
Boateng, who turned 38 on Friday just the Lilywhites in 2007 from Hertha Berlin but he was on the move to financially-riddled Portsmouth just two years later having played just 25 games. But the reason why the 15-time Ghanaian used to spend so much time on the treatment table was as a result of his active lifestyle with his former wife at home.
The midfielder’s ex-wife Melissa Satta claimed in a 2012 interview with Gazzetta dello Sport that they used to roll around seven to ten times a week.

“The reason Kevin is injured so often is because we have sex seven to ten times a week. I hate foreplay, I want to go straight for it. I prefer to be on top so that I can be in control,” she gushed.
Boateng, who went on to play for AC Milan, Schalke and Barcelona, suffered injury problems throughout his career. And now it seems we know why thanks to brunette beauty Satta, who entered into a relationship with Boateng in 2011. The pair had one son together, Maddox Prince, and tied the knot in 2016.
The couple initially parted ways in 2019 before having another go of things, but it was no good and their marriage came to an end in 2020.
Boateng’s former wife later confessed that she regretted giving an insight into their sex life, telling Gazzetta dello Sport: “You can’t believe what a whirlwind I ended up in.
“You have to be very careful about what you say in football, especially when it comes to sex,” she said. “Just because we have sex so often doesn’t make me a nymphomaniac.”
While Satta may not be spilling any more secrets about her sex life, she certainly isn’t shy about showing off her toned body on social media.
The presenter has over 4.8million followers on Instagram and likes to keep fans updated with an array of bikini pics and other similar images from her glamorous life.
Before Satta, Boateng was married to his first wife Jenny. He later went on to marry Italian model Valentina Fradegrada in July 2022.
But it was revealed that he had split from his third wife in August the following year, just days after announcing his retirement from football.
