Another photo appearing to show Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor in an intimate position with a young woman at Jeffrey Epstein’s New York house has been published by the DoJ
A photograph appearing to show Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor with an unidentified woman on his lap in Jeffrey Epstein’s dining room has been published by the US Department of Justice (DoJ).
The man in the low-res photograph with his arms wrapped around the blonde woman appears to resemble the former prince, who was arrested on suspicion of misconduct in public office last month in the UK. A second photograph shows the same man with a different woman draping her arms around his shoulders from behind. Both the women’s faces have been blocked out with a black square.
Both images are understood to have been taken in the New York dining room of disgraced financier and convicted paedophile Jeffrey Epstein. The undated photos are a couple out of the 180,000 photographs released by the DoJ under the Epstein Files Transparency Act.
Andrew, 66, is understood to have visited Epstein’s Manhattan property for approximately a week-long stay in December 2010, because he was “too honourable” not to say goodbye to the paedophile in person.
However, letters and records disclosed by the DoJ appear to reveal that the pair spent their visit socialising and maintained contact for a considerable time afterwards. A photo, released in January, appeared to show Mountbatten-Windsor on all fours leaning over a young woman.
The snapshot is thought to have been captured in Epstein’s New York residence’s dining room during the 2010 visit.
Detectives have pointed out that the ex-duke seems to be wearing a similar pair of jeans to those he was pictured wearing during a stroll in Central Park on 2 December 2010.
A distinctive red-and-white striped tablecloth can also be seen on the dining table behind him. Mountbatten-Windsor’s withdrawal from public duties commenced after Virginia Giuffre accused him of sexually abusing her at the age of 17, claiming she was “loaned out” to him by Epstein.
The former royal has consistently refuted the allegation. Last year, the King stripped his brother Andrew of his remaining royal titles.
Following the disclosure of three million Epstein-related documents, he was arrested in February on suspicion of misconduct in public office. Thames Valley Police are probing allegations that he passed sensitive information to Epstein whilst serving as the UK’s trade envoy.
A collection of emails disclosed in recent months also seems to indicate Epstein arranged introductions between Mountbatten-Windsor and young women following the financier’s 2008 conviction in Florida for soliciting a minor for prostitution. In correspondence dated August 2010, the American appears to propose introducing the then-prince to a “beautiful” 26 year old Russian.
In subsequent correspondence, the woman seemed to confirm the encounter took place, informing Epstein she had an “amazing night”. The next month, the convicted sex offender informed his royal contact he would bring several women to a dinner at Buckingham Palace, including one woman he characterised as “Romanian, very cute”.
