The Carolina Panthers are signing edge rusher Jaelan Phillips on a four-year deal worth $120million – coming as a major blow to the Philadelphia Eagles.
Phillips was expected to re-sign with the Eagles this offseason after spending a year in Philadelphia following his 2025 trade from the Miami Dolphins.
Yet according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the linebacker has agreed to join the Panthers instead in a stunning deal that includes $80m in guarantees.
Carolina will officially wrap up the blockbuster signing when the new league year begins on Wednesday.
