Aston Villa midfielder Douglas Luiz has swapped the “world’s sexiest footballer” Alisha Lehmann for a stunning teenage Brazilian model and influencer.
Leicester ace Lehmann, 27, has been treating her army of social media fans to glimpses of her new romance with semi-professional footballer and Love Island star Montel McKenzie after they went Instagram official in January.
And overnight Douglas, whose four-year relationship with his Swiss beauty ex ended last year, hit back by going public with his latest girlfriend – a 19-year-old London-based brunette called Duda Gaspar.

Duda’s former professional footballer dad Edu Gaspar, who played for the Brazil national team as well as Corinthians, Arsenal and Valencia, was appointed Global Head of Football at Nottingham Forest in July last year.
Luiz’s new squeeze posted a selfie photo on her Instagram overnight with her arms around the footballer, who left Villa in the summer of 2024 for Juventus but returned 18 months later off the back of a Notts Forest loan spell.
She told her 57,000 followers in a telltale message alongside the cute snap: “You are my greatest certainty” followed by a heart emoticon.
Douglas, in a separate message alongside the same picture taken in a bar, wrote: “Making you happy will be my priority.”
It was not immediately clear today how long the pair have been dating, and whether the Premier League player already knew Duda before his loan period with Nottingham Forest.
The model is expected to stay in the UK if her dad, facing the axe at Forest after he was reportedly told to stay away from the club’s training ground, ends up getting the sack and returning to Brazil.

Alisha Lehmann, known as the ‘world’s sexiest footballer’, began dating Douglas Luiz in 2021 after they met at Aston Villa where the stunning female soccer star used to play.
They both completed transfers to Juventus in the summer of 2024, with Lehmann helping the women’s side win Serie A last season.
Reports in Italy at the time of her wild pitch celebrations suggested the headline-making couple, the first ever boyfriend and girlfriend transfer when they moved to Juve, had split up.
The forward took social media by storm last month with a loved-up Valentine’s Day post where she wore a red dress and held a number of red roses.
The previous month her new love Montel, who starred in both Love Island’s original series as well as the All Stars spin-off, uploaded a selection of photos showing him cosying up to the striker who joined Leicester City on a two and a half year contract on January 22 this year.
