Formula 1’s Bahrain and Saudi Arabia Grand Prix’s to be ‘known as off’ over Iran battle

Formula One is set to cancel two major GP’s this weekend over the ongoing conflict in the Middle East.

It is believed that the Bahrain and Saudi Arabia Grand Prix’s, both set for April, will be axed from the racing calendar due to Iran’s retaliation attacks in the region causing havoc, including on air travel.

According to Sky Sports News, The FIA will announce both Middle East races will be cancelled this weekend. Sky understands that both races will not be replaced either due to the busy F1 schedule.
