Luke Littler can’t keep away from the action at the Cheltenham Festival as he watched over the Gold Cup day action with Luke Humphries and Nathan Aspinall.

‘The Nuke’ was spotted at the first two days of the Festival alongside his two darting pals and girlfriend Faith Millar. However, the back-to-back world champion missed Thursday’s action as he headed to Nottingham to play in the Premier League.

After losing in the semi-final to Humphries, who was eventually beaten by the in-form Jonny Clayton in the week six final, the pair brushed off their disappointment as they returned for the final day of action.

Littler was caught by ITV cameras looking intently at the horses as they made their way to the track for the second race of the day, the 2pm William Hill County Hurdle Handicap, while Humphries and Aspinall also watched on with a Guinness in hand.

Humphries posted a snap to his Instagram of Aspinall pouring a bottle of bubbly in the back of a luxury taxi to the course. He then later took a video of his view from one of the executive boxes.

Meanwhile, Aspinall was at Cheltenham on Thursday as he posted for a picture with Danny Dyer and played darts in the Paddy Power suite. The Asp’s wife Kirsty is also enjoying the day at Cheltenham.

Littler was back for more action on Wednesday as he rocked up to the racecourse arm-in-arm with his girlfriend Faith Millar, who had opted for a pink dress, matching the 19-year-old’s tie. Faith added some oversized sunglasses and a headpiece to complete her look.

On Tuesday, Littler shared he backed 9/1 winner King Rasko Grey in the Turners Novices’ Hurdle. He placed £250 on the race and managed to cash in a hefty £2,500 after King Rasko Grey beat Act of Innocence to the post.

The Gold Cup is the showpiece of Friday, and the Festival as a whole, as Inothewayurthinkin looks to upset the odds and beat a stacked crowd to retain his Gold Cup crown.

The Gavin Cromwell-trained horse powered past Galopin Des Champs last year to end his hopes of a hat-trick of Gold Cup wins at odds of 15/2. But this time round, JP McManus’ best chance is an outsider after his form fell apart this season, including a heavy fall in the Irish Gold Cup last time out.

Harry Redknapp’s The Jukebox Man, Gaelic Warrior and Jango Baie, who finished locked together in the King George VI Chase, lead the market. While Welsh Grand National winner Haiti Couleurs is Wales’ hope of landing a first Gold Cup since Norton’s Coin’s shock 100/1 triumph in 1990, but Rebecca Curtis’ star is much more supported in his bid for history.
