Bobby Norris sparked concern on Thursday when he revealed his swollen and bruised face after undergoing yet more cosmetic surgery.
In a video shared to his Instagram the Only Way Is Essex star, 39, slurred his words as he gave his fans a graphic update following his face and neck lift and lower blepharoplasty.
His eyes were barely open with dark purple bruises and swelling across his cheeks and up to his eyebrows.
Bobby’s head was tightly strapped up with a band secured under his chin and surgical drains inserted into his neck.
Speaking in the update, he said: ‘Morning everyone, I have a hot drink tea or coffee? It’s tea…I think. That is nice on the old throat, nectar.’
He went on to show off his breakfast of tomato, cucumber and a few bits of cheese, alongside two bread rolls and a few jams and preserves.

The TV personality captioned the post: ‘First Breakfast Post Op… BUT most importantly, my morning nectar!!!
‘Are you a Tea or a Coffee person in the morning?’
Fans shared their concern after seeing his face and commented: ‘You know you’re already gorgeous right? I mean do what you want but you’ve always been perfectly lovely’;
‘Ohhh Bobby please don’t have anything else done’; ‘Make this your last procedure please’;
‘Oh Bobby I hope you aren’t in too much pain Honestly you are a gorgeous chap inside out no need for all this take care xx’

On Monday, Bobby looked unrecognisable as he has shared a glimpse of his painful recovery one day after the surgery.
Bobby’s eyes and cheeks were incredibly swollen as he explained to followers that he’d medics had performed lifts as well as a Lower Blepharoplasty, which removes loose skin from the eyes, following an Upper Blepharoplasty in 2024.

‘So i’ve had face lift, a lower Lower Blepharoplasty which is like the lower skin under the eyes, had a neck lift,’
Gazing at his reflection he joked: ‘We’re not getting the Vogue cover this month’.
