Police are hunting a man who allegedly sexually assaulted a woman in broad daylight.
The woman had been walking along Dean Lane, in Bedminster, Bristol, when she was inappropriately touched by an unknown man on March 15.
Officers were called sometime between 10.15-10.30am and later arrived at the scene, but the suspect had already fled.
The man was described as black, in his 20s to 30s, between 5ft 6in and 5ft 8ins tall and of medium build.
He was wearing a pastel green or light grey hooded puffer-style jacket and black bottoms.
He is thought to have walked off down Southville Road towards St Paul’s Church.
The woman was uninjured in the assault but was left very shaken and is being offered support by officers.

Avon and Somerset Police are now appealing for witnesses who may be able to help their search.
