Tyson Fury ends his 16-month retirement against Arslanbek Makhmudov in London with Conor Benn vs Regis Prograis as top of the bill on a stacked undercard
Tyson Fury will bring his 16-month hiatus to a close this evening when he faces bear-wrestling heavyweight Arslanbek Makhmudov.
The former two-time heavyweight world champion chose to step away from boxing for a fifth time last year after consecutive losses to Oleksandr Usyk. Yet, following just a few months out of the sport, Fury developed an urge he simply couldn’t ignore, and was swift to reverse his retirement. In an effort to compensate for lost time, the Morecambe fighter is plotting a busy year between the ropes.
Standing opposite him tonight is knockout specialist Makhmudov. The 36-year-old Dagestani fighter understands what it takes to silence British supporters, and will be aiming to claim the most significant victory of his career in London. The undercard is packed with numerous big names. Conor Benn and Regis Prograis will serve as chief support. And so, here is everything you need to know regarding timings for tonight’s fights…

The ‘Gypsy King’ is plotting a hectic 2026 between the ropes following another retirement reversal. Fury is eyeing a 2026 clash with long-standing rival Anthony Joshua, but must first dispatch Makhmudov with ease in front of his home supporters. Makhmudov is undoubtedly a dangerous opponent and possesses the ability to spring a genuine shock on fight night. The Russian hasn’t competed since defeating Dave Allen on points back in October.
Conor Benn vs Regis Prograis – 8.55pm
Conor Benn makes his eagerly-awaited return to the ring this evening. The ‘Destroyer’ hasn’t competed since dominating Chris Eubank Jr back in November. Tonight’s bout will mark his first contest since splitting from long-standing promoter Eddie Hearn. After spending his previous two encounters at middleweight, Benn will drop back down to his natural welterweight division to face the seasoned Regis Prograis. The American has stumbled on his two earlier visits to the UK – falling to Josh Taylor and Jack Catterall.
Jeamie TKV vs Richard Riakporhe – 8.02pm
This clash promises explosive action. Tshikeva returned to winning ways in his previous encounter against Clarke after a controversial loss to David Adeleye last April. However, he confronts a formidable giant in Richard Riakporhe – who has been on a spectacular streak since stepping up to heavyweight. The Londoner alerted the division in his most recent appearance when he flattened Tommy Welch in the second round.
Justis Huni vs Frazer Clarke – 7.14pm
Kicking off the main card is a tantalising heavyweight battle between Justis Huni and Frazer Clarke. Huni was merely six minutes from defeating Fabio Wardley in Ipswich, but endured a crushing knockout in the tenth. The Australian talent will be seeking to bounce back against Clarke – who is on something of a redemption quest after enduring a wafer-thin loss to Jeamie Tshikeva last time out.
Breyon Gorham vs Eduardo Costa Do Nascimento – 6.15pm
Breyon Gorham will be keen to make a genuine statement and catch the eye of the Zuffa Boxing hierarchy this evening. The 25-year-old talent from Houston built his reputation as a devastating finisher early in his professional journey, though he has completed the full 10 rounds in his previous two contests. He’ll be eager to return to his stopping ways in Tottenham, but confronts a challenging proposition against Eduardo Costa Do Nascimento – who has never been stopped during his career.
Mikie Tallon vs Leandro Jose Blanc – 5.44pm
Mikie Tallon makes his second appearance at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium within five months. The Merseyside warrior delivered a brutal knockout victory over Fezan Shahid on the Conor Benn vs Chris Eubank Jr rematch undercard, though encounters a marginal increase in opposition quality when he squares off against Leandro Jose Blanc.
Simon Zachenhuber vs Pawel August – 5.13pm
One unbeaten record must fall as Simon Zachenhuber and Pawel August both risk their perfect slates. Zachenhuber, 27, has been earmarked for stardom, and demonstrated precisely why he’s so highly rated in his most recent outing following a commanding victory over Paulinus Ndjolonimu before his home supporters in Germany. Taunton’s August steps in at short notice, yet faces a formidable challenge to inflict Zachenhuber’s maiden professional defeat.
Felix Cash vs Liam O’Hare – 4.34pm
Former British and Commonwealth middleweight champion Felix Cash is plotting a route back to Tyler Denny as he seeks vengeance against his bitter rival. Cash hasn’t stepped into the ring since their encounter in June 2024. Their bout was halted by a doctor’s intervention in the fifth round after Cash sustained a severe gash from an accidental head collision. Denny subsequently claimed the technical decision, but with Cash now poised to return, he must secure a vital win over Liam O’Hare to earn a second crack at his long-standing adversary.
Sultan Almohammed vs Hector Avila Lozano – 4.11pm
Sultan Almohammed is gradually emerging as a potential future sensation in the boxing world. The 18 year old Riyadh native launched his professional career on the Terence Crawford vs Canelo Alvarez undercard in September, claiming a points triumph before delivering a devastating knockout against Umesh Chavan. He’ll aim to preserve his perfect record when he takes on Hector Avila Lozano in his third professional bout.
Elliot Whale vs Tom Hill – 3.32pm
Elliot Whale will aim to keep ascending the welterweight ladder with an impressive victory on the Fury undercard. The unbeaten Briton has established himself as genuine quality in the division, and has found opponents hard to come by recently due to being consistently ducked by his peers. Eventually, it was Yorkshire’s Tom Hill who stepped up to the challenge. The 30 year old has been stopped just once in 16 contests and will provide a stern examination for Whale.
