A bloke seeking “an extra adrenaline rush” was seen hanging onto the roof of a car driving in the Hinckley area.

Officers revealed that they paid a visit to the car’s owner and had an “interesting conversation” with their parents. A formal “Section 59” warning was handed to the driver.
In a social media post titled “Roof Seats Sold Separately?”, the force stated: “This black Volkswagen Polo was spotted in and around Burbage Common Road, Elmesthorpe, reported and evidenced by a concerned member of the public.”, reports Leicestershire Live.
“It appears that not only was this vehicle seen to be driving anti-socially, but to top it off, the occupants felt the need for an extra adrenaline rush.
“Driver identified via Police National Database, followed by a visit to parents for an interesting conversation, only to find it was the driver’s birthday the following day. Section 59 issued to driver and vehicle.”
