The ‘mystery blonde’ who kissed a ‘forever single’ golf star at the Masters has been identified as fans were sent into frenzy during the action at Augusta
The mystery blonde who kissed golf’s ‘forever single’ star Viktor Hovland at the Masters has been identified.
Hovland 28, finished T18 at Augusta on Sunday after shooting five under on the final round to finish four under – eight behind Rory McIlroy who became only the fourth player in history to retain the Masters title.
The Norwegian has been dubbed the sport’s ‘forever single’ player for some time and was poked fun at after being the only unmarried member of the victorious European Ryder Cup team in 2023 in Rome.

He also lapped up the tag by posing for a picture with all of the spouses of his team-mates after Team Europe retained the Ryder Cup at Bethpage Black last year.
However, that all changed over the weekend after Hovland was joined by his new girlfriend Tuva Dahl Jensen at Augusta National. The two were first spotted kissing at the traditional par three contest, where she was his caddy.
Hovland played the course alongside Ryder Cup team-mates Matt Fitzpatrick and Ludvig Aberg, with Fitzpatrick joined by wife Katherine and the latter accompanied by girlfriend Olivia Peet.
Tuvam is from the same city as Hovland in Fredrikstad, Norway, and is the daughter of revue star Atle Jenson and Jeanett Dahl Jensen. The 27-year-old works as a schoolteacher in the couple’s homeland at the Children’s International School in Moss, close to the capital Oslo.
Hovland made his first appearance at Augusta in 2019 as an amateur and achieved his career best in the tournament in 2023.
The world No.22 enjoyed a brilliant final round on Sunday, shooting 67 after going over 70 in his three previous rounds.
Hovland’s final round score was only bettered by Keegan Bradley after the Team USA Ryder Cup captain shot 66 to climb 25 places on the final day to finish T21.
It marks the Norwiegan’s second best finish in the Masters and his fourth top-25 finish at Augusta. However, unlike the other three majors, Hovland has yet been unable to crack the top five.
A career major best of T2 in the PGA Championship in 2023 was followed by a third place finish at Valhalla the following year. Hovland also has a third place finish in the US Open last year and a T4 best in the 2022 Open.
