Chelsea star Mykhailo Mudryk reminded his fans he is still knocking about as a remarkable gym video of him bench-pressing his jaw-dropping girlfriend was posted.

The 25-year-old winger last played for the Blues in November 2024 before he was banned by the FA for returning a positive drug test for banned substance meldonium. It has been a year-and-a-half since the Ukrainian was charged by the FA last June and he has been unable to take part in training since.

Mudryk has always denied any intentional wrongdoing, insisting he has never knowingly taken a prohibited substance. And it appears he is keeping himself busy in the gym with his stunning actress girlfriend Jordyn Jones, 26. She took to Instagram to show Mudryk’s work as he bench-pressed the stunning blonde.

Mudryk showed his strength as he repeatedly hoisted her above his head like a barbell. While he’s not been able to do anything on the pitch, he’s clearly winning off it.

The Ukrainian invited Jones to Disneyland Paris and just days later she sparked the romance rumours by posting from the French capital.

Jones has frequently posted pictures of herself wearing Chelsea shirts and merchandise to her 9million followers despite watching the game next to her boyfriend in the stands.

Unlike his partner, Mudryk has kept a low profile on social media since his ban. One of his last sporadic posts was a New Year’s message urging his fans not to ‘give up’ on him.

He wrote: “Happy New year to all my fans. I just wanted to say thank you for your support.

“I see all your messages and truly appreciate them, so please don’t give up on me as I do not give up on myself. Can’t wait to see you soon.”

Mudryk has been unable to train with Chelsea as a result of his ban but has been keeping fit by working at non-league side Uxbridge FC.

He could be set for even longer on the sidelines with his doping charges carrying up to a four-year ban if proven. The case has remained murky and there is currently no clarity on when the situation will be concluded.
