Pat McAfee was forced to exit WrestleMania 42 on a stretcher after being sent through a table by singer Jelly Roll on Saturday night.
The polarizing ESPN analyst found himself at the center of a controversial scene involving Cody Rhodes and Randy Orton at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.
McAfee made a defiant entrance, flipping double middle fingers to the crowd and was heard on camera directing profanities at spectators ringside.
Before the opening bell, McAfee launched a blindside attack on Rhodes with a microphone, leading to a swift retaliation from the champion.
The situation escalated when artist Jelly Roll leaped from an announce table to drive an elbow through McAfee and the furniture.
Medical staff were quickly called to the floor, eventually loading McAfee onto a gurney as the stadium fell into a mix of shock and cheers.

Even while being wheeled out, McAfee remained in character, raising a middle finger toward the 50,000-plus fans in attendance.
Earlier in the night, the worlds of the NFL and NBA collided, as San Francisco 49ers star George Kittle was caught stealing a beer from Indiana Pacers point guard Tyrese Haliburton.
In a viral clip shared by ESPN, Haliburton – a two-time NBA All-Star – was seen holding a beer cup while engaging with the crowd after appearing on the big screen.
However as he did so, Kittle, a well-known WWE superfan, reached over and snatched the drink from Haliburton’s hand, before proceeding to chug it.
Haliburton appeared to take the ‘theft’ in stride, laughing along with the 49ers star as the Allegiant Stadium crowd roared in approval of the crossover moment.
Fellow ESPN host Stephen A. Smith was also at Allegiance Stadium on the night but didn’t get the reception he was likely hoping for from the raucous crowd.
Smith was instead subjected to boos from the fans in attendance. However, the sports personality didn’t seem to care one bit.
As the jeers grew louder, Smith wasn’t fazed in the slightest as he shut his eyes and leant back with his arms stretched out, before laughing as he returned to his seat.
