Several new departures from WWE have been reported in a sweeping wave of post-WrestleMania exits. Among the exits are some major surprises.

At least 18 talents exited WWE on April 24, spanning the main roster, NXT and WWE developmental, according to several reports. It is understood that some exits may be due to contract expirations, while others could be outright releases.

A release occurs when WWE ends a wrestler’s contract before their deal naturally expires. Releases typically take place shortly after WrestleMania. The annual WrestleMania event is held between mid-March and mid-April.

Among the notable departures are all five members of the Wyatt Sicks.

The Wyatt Sicks faction, formed by Uncle Howdy, also known as Bo Dallas, was established in June 2024. The group, known for their dark, psychological horror theme, comprises of Erick Rowan, Dexter Lumis, Joe Gacy and Nikki Cross, who have all been reported to be exiting WWE.

Nikki Cross, who portrayed Abby the Witch, was one of the first to confirm her exit.

She wrote in a post on X: “Goodbye and thank you, WWE. I’m really excited for whatever my next chapter will hold. Thank you all for the continued love and support.”
