The CPS has dropped charges of outraging public decency against adult content creator Bonnie Blue for a London stunt, citing no realistic prospect of conviction
Bonnie Blue will not face court action after charges of outraging public decency were dropped, it has emerged. The controversial content creator, 26, was accused of “simulating a sex act” outside the Indonesian embassy in London.
She had been due to appear before magistrates last week but it was delayed until May so prosecutors can “review the case”.
However, the Crown Prosecution Service confirmed to the Daily Star they had dropped the case. A spokesperson said: “We have a duty to keep all live cases under review and, following a further review of this case, we concluded there was not a realistic prospect of securing a conviction.”
Bonnie, real name Tia Billinger, was accused of making the lewd gesture during a stunt at the Indonesian embassy in Great Peter Street, Westminster, in December.
It was said to have happened the same day as she returned from Bali, where she had been arrested and banned from the island for ten years amid claims she filmed a sex game with 17 male tourists that could cause “public unrest”.
She was arrested and slapped in handcuffs during her “bangbus tour” of the holiday paradise and was held alongside two British men and an Australian man on suspicion of producing pornographic content.
Cops stormed a studio during filming and she was held for allegedly producing pornographic material during a “raunchy” incident involving 17 male tourists.
She was cleared of producing pornographic material following the arrest last December, but fined the equivalent of £9 for a traffic offence and kicked out for working on a tourist visa.
A box of condoms, lubricant, flash drives, two sheets of Viagra and nine ink necklaces were impounded by cops at the studio villa.
Bonnie, of Stapleford, Notts., had previously used a bus of the same name to tour universities looking for “barely legal” teens. She had planned to produce porn involving young adults in Australia last year but her tourist visa was cancelled.
In January 2025, she claimed to have had sex with 1,057 men in 12 hours in a world record bid. And she sparked fury earlier this year by claiming she was pregnant before suggesting it was a publicity stunt.
A spokesman for the star has been contacted for comment.
