David Beckham is set to turn 51 this week but looks fitter than ever thanks to a daily disciplined routine and continuing to train with Inter Miami CF which he co-owns.

Fellow London-born star Idris Elba, 53, prefers to keep fit with boxing and once said joining a boxing club was a “turning point” in his life as a troubled youngster.
