Sir Alex Ferguson has been rushed to hospital after falling ill at Old Trafford.
The legendary Manchester United boss, 84, was set to be in attendance to watch Michael Carrick’s side take on Liverpool in the Premier League on Sunday.
However, he was feeling unwell before kick-off and has been taken to hospital. According to the Mail, the move is just a precaution and there is optimism he will soon be recovering at home.
