- A wacky strongman claims to be the first person in the world to pull a car with his penis while on fire.
- John Stephenson, 50, hauled a two-tonne French police car 40 metres along a residential street in Halifax, West Yorks., after setting himself ablaze. The painter and decorator from Spalding, Lincs., completed the bizarre challenge on Thursday as baffled residents watched on.
- Using a tow rope attached to his manhood, the dad-of-three successfully pulled the Renault Clio RS along the road where TV drama Ackley Bridge was filmed. Despite admitting it hurt “quite a bit,” John said “everything was still in tact.”
- The martial arts expert and former bare knuckle fighter has previously pulled cars using his testicles and while his head was on fire. He decided to combine both stunts to raise awareness of men’s mental health issues and prostate cancer.
- “I won’t lie – it did hurt quite a bit,” John said. “But my mind was focused on being on fire and I just ploughed on and pulled it for around 40 metres.”
- John is also raising money for Ruddis Retreat in Huddersfield, which provides holidays for families of children with cancer.
