The recent release of the FBI UFO files have conspiracy theories scrabbling as a number of wild revelations and sightings have made it clear we might not be alone in the universe.

From top secret Nazi UFO programs to sightings of little humanoid aliens, here are a number of the most hair-raising finds the FBI have been keeping from the public.

UFO Stalking the Apollo 13 Mission

One of the craziest revelations in the new files was the Apollo 17 mission, during the expedition the crew became transfixed by mysterious fragments stalking their ship while floating through outer space.

During the ordeal one operator, clearly baffled by the sight, radioed mission control to report: “Now we’ve got a few very bright particles or fragments or something that go drifting by as we manoeuvre.”

The situation escalated as more craft appeared to surround the module. Another crew member described a scene of pure chaos outside his glass, saying: “There’s a whole bunch of big ones on my window down there – just bright. It looks like the Fourth of July out of Ron’s window.”

Humanoid “4 feet tall” alien sighting

While the files revealed numerous instances of UFOs being spotted throughout the years, one of the most unsettling accounts found in the release were of witnesses seeing “4ft aliens in space suits and helmets” near US military installations.

In the files observers reported gleaming metallic vessels emitting extreme heat and illumination that purportedly scorched individuals who ventured too near.

One of the most shocking elements mentioned humanoid creatures characterised as “three and a half to 4 feet tall” and clothed in “space suits and helmets”.

Edwards allegedly maintained that those presenting the accounts were credible individuals including police constables, military staff on official assignment, commercial pilots and civil defence personnel. The memo also revealed that numerous sightings took place close to “atomic and missile research areas”, adding fuel to persistent theories that UFOs have demonstrated a fascination with military installations.

It further noted that Edwards wrapped up his book by forecasting that UFOs would eventually make an “overt landing” or establish deliberate contact with Earth

Nazi UFO “flying saucer” technology

While UFO files didn’t just shed light on technology thought to have originated outside of our solar system it also suggested the Nazis could have been operating a top secret UFO project striving to create advanced weaponry which could have turned the tide of WWII.

The newly released documents claim a man named Paul Peyerl passed over information suggesting the Nazis built the UFO craft in 1944 in the Black Forest of Austria.

The UFO was said to have been “saucer shaped” and after the witnessing the object Peyerl was later apprehended by the Gestapo, FBI documents stateThe files on the alleged Black Forest UFO program states: “During this period he observed the aircraft described above. It was saucer shaped, about twenty-one feet in diameter, radio controlled, and mounted several jet engines around the exterior portion of the craft. He further described the exterior portion as revolving around the dome in the center which remained stationary.

“It was PEYERL’s responsibility to photograph the object while in flight. He asserted he was able to retain a negative of a photograph he made at 7,000 meters (20,000 feet). A Xerox copy of the negative, as furnished by PEYERL, appears on the last page of this communication.

The released documents are “neither recommendations nor conclusions” of the agency.

Because of this it is impossible to know if the Nazis possessed this UFO technology or not. Yet it is not implausible the Nazis attempted to build a UFO-like craft.

Even today the major Nazi engineer Hans Kammler’s fate remains steeped in mystery as some theorists believe the man was secretly taken into US custody after the war.

FBI agents fearing of their lives as UFO sightings spark mystery deaths

The files also uncovered an anonymous female FBI informant who claimed she “feared for her life” in 1967 after flagging to the agency about her experiences with UFOs to the agency.

The agent claimed that “persons who saw UFOs have died mysteriously in the past” and if Air Force officials wanted to contact her, she could be reached by a number provided to FBI agents. At the time the FBI claimed she would only meet officials at the Dallas agency headquarters.

The anonymous “young white female” claimed she met a being from another planet in the same year “who had assumed earthly form .” The other worldly individual allegedly “gave her certain information, then was picked up and departed from earth.”

The visitor from across the stars told her an antimissile missile was fired at a UFO over Africa on May 22, 1962, but that the UFO was protected by it’s “force field.”

The FBI agent also claimed she was told a UFO was detected over the “Dewline” and had been shot down. She added the entity told her beings from across the stars were trying to recover the wreckage.
