Alysha Newman, a glamorous Olympian who was banned after missing drug tests, has already teased a new career with Victoria’s Secret after posing in a tiny bikini
A scorching hot banned Olympian has teased her Victoria’s Secret plans after sharing a hot social media snap.
Alysha Newman, who has competed at the festival of sport in pole vaulting, was slapped with a 20-month suspension on April 29 by the Athletics Integrity Unit for missing drug tests. However, she has already teased a new career after landing a tryout with Victoria’s Secret.
“See you soon! @victoriassecret,” she said on social media, while uploading a video posing in a mirror in a skimpy pink bikini. Alysha then revealed an invitation: “CONGRATULATIONS! You’re invited to attend an in-person casting for your chance to walk in the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show 2026.”

She then shared Instagram story of her training – joking: “Prepping for @victoriassecret like how I would prep for the Olympics. Adding something in that scares you weekly.”
Alysha, who won bronze in Paris, used an adult subscription platform to help fund her career: “I started seeing a revenue that I’ve never seen,” she said after the Paris games. “It’s like having really great sponsors.
“People have always tried to put me in a box – either athlete or model, serious or feminine. I decided I didn’t need to choose. I could define myself on my own terms.”
Alysha added: “Femininity has always been [a] positive thing for me.
“Without my beauty and my sponsorships, I would have never been able to have the resources I had to get to that medal.
“I don’t mind having people sexualizing me. I’m OK with it. For me, it’s a sense of power. The saying ‘Look good; feel good’ is actually a thing. If I’m on the runway and I’m confident, it’ll be hard to beat me.”
