A major blaze has broken out at a busy harbour in Scotland as dozens of firefighters are on the scene tackling the fire.
Huge plumes of black smoke could be seen billowing into the sky above Arbroath harbour on Tuesday morning. (June 9) It is currently unclear how the fire started.
Footage share online shows flames coming from fishing creels with firefighters seen with hoses and dousing the area with water, reports The Record.
A massive cloud of smoke above the flames can also been seen in the footage as it spread across the sky to near a residential area. Another image from the blaze shows a fire appliance with a hose attached to the vehicle running towards firefighters.
The smoke can also be seen above a row of residential houses close to the harbour area. The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service has been approached for comment.
