6ft7in Amira Evans has spent a small fortune on cosmetic surgery including a labiaplasty, boob implants and a BBL – and insists it’s been worth every penny
6ft7′ adult creator Amira Evans says she’s spent more than $30,000 (£22,400) transforming her body – and it’s been the smartest business decision she’s ever made.
After undergoing a labiaplasty, boob job, Brazilian Butt Lift and other cosmetic procedures, Amira claims investing in her appearance has allowed her to build a successful career without resorting to extreme stunts some creators use to go viral.
She said: “I invest in myself because I know the money comes back tenfold. I’ve never seen it as wasted money because every procedure has helped me build my brand. When I think about it, men have essentially funded my entire transformation.”
Amira (@amiraxevans)’s first procedure was a labiaplasty in her early twenties, years before she entered the adult industry. She admits that while the surgery was her idea, it was her boyfriend at the time who was also keen.
“It was never because a man told me to do it,” she said. “I was uncomfortable wearing leggings and swimwear, and it gave me so much more confidence afterwards.”
After beginning her webcam career, Amira then used her earnings to fund a boob job, taking her from an A-cup to an F-cup with 620cc implants. Despite weighing around a kilogram each, Amira says she plans to go larger and more lifted in a second breast augmentation later this year.
“I went from very, very flat chested – I didn’t even need to wear a bra – to having F-cup breasts,” she said. “Going from an A to an F-cup is a massive change, but I told the surgeon I wanted something that made me stand out.
“Because I’m so tall, it feels proportionate to my body.” Two years into her adult content journey, Amira used platform earnings to pay for a BBL, which she describes as the biggest turning point in her career.
“I took six weeks off work to recover and my income dropped because I wasn’t creating content,” she said. “I remember looking at my earnings thinking ‘why have I done this to myself, I’m so embarrassed’.”
“Then I started posting videos showing off the results and everything changed. My earnings just skyrocketed.”
According to Amira, her post-recovery videos which showed her simply walking in jeans, dresses and leggings generated more attention than she’d ever experienced before. “I posted clips of me walking through hallways, walking through my apartment, walking in public, and the response was insane,” she said.
“People were obsessed”. For Amira, she believes standing out physically is more valuable than participating in increasingly controversial online stunts.
“The market is so oversaturated with so many beautiful creators,” she said. “Being pretty and having a perfect body isn’t enough anymore. You need a USP. You need something that makes people stop scrolling.”
Unlike some creators who rely on headline-grabbing challenges and shocking content to attract subscribers, Amira believes her unique appearance does the heavy lifting for her. “Some creators are doing really extreme things to get attention”, she said.
“I wouldn’t need to do any of that stuff. I can get a similar response just by walking around, wearing heels, wearing latex or posting a video that highlights my big bum and big boobs.”
“I don’t need to sleep with hundreds of men in 24 hours,” she added. “I’m investing in my body so I don’t have to do all these extreme things that I personally would find uncomfortable”.
According to Amira, many creators underestimate the value of standing out visually. “If I was just tall and slim with a model build, I don’t think I’d be as successful,” she said.
“There are already lots of beautiful women who look like that. I wanted to be different.”
“When people see me, I want them to think, ‘Wow, she’s tall and she’s got massive boobs and a massive bum – I never see that”, she said. “It’s not about looking natural.
“I don’t want to look natural at all. I want to look memorable.”
Today, Amira says nearly every major cosmetic procedure she has undergone was ultimately funded by men. “My ex-boyfriend paid for my first surgery, my webcam subscribers paid for my boobs and my [adult content platform] earnings paid for my BBL,” she said.
“Even now, subscribers regularly pay for my hair, nails and beauty treatments. They’re incredibly generous.”
Despite spending thousands on her appearance, Amira insists she isn’t chasing beauty standards and believes there is no single formula for success online. “There’s really no beauty standard anymore,” she said.
“The beauty standard changes every few years anyway.” She concluded: “If you’re tall, there’s a fetish for that.
“If you’re short, there’s a fetish for that. If you’re plus-size, there’s a huge audience for that too.
“The most important thing is finding what makes you unique and owning it.”
