Mia Khalifa has now broken her silence after a now viral image her spread across social media from last night’s (June 12) between USA and Paraguay.

The former adult actress, now model and fashion brand owner, appeared to be supporting the USA at the World Cup alongside adult star Lana Rhoades at the SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, California. The two were apparently caught by TV cameras during the USA’s 4-1 victory over Paraguay in Group D.

But all was not as it’s seems as the two stars did not witness a brace from ex-Arsenal youngster and USA striker Folarin Balogun live in the stadium, as we told you earlier in our truth behind USA’s ‘secret weapons’.

Although many had debunked it as AI through Mia’s Instagram detailing her day, the star decided to publicly state that she would never be seen holding a USA cap.

Commenting on the a viral post of the image, Mia wrote: “It’s AI, I wouldn’t have a team USA hat”

Although while Mia distanced herself from the image, Lana Rhoades handled the situation in a different way. She posted on social media playing along with the AI image.

She posted the image along with the caption: “Out to support my country in the World Cup”.

Despite the image being found to be AI, it did not stop users on social media from chiming in.

One said: “No wonder Paraguay is playing half field, the entire team is completely distracted looking up at the VIP section. This is tactical warfare.”

Another chimed: “Ohh now I know why USA was winning.”

On the actual pitch, Balogun scored two well-taken first-half goals as Mauricio Pochettino’s side served early notice of their capabilities in a convincing 4-1 win.

The hosts were straight out of the blocks and took an early lead when Paraguay’s Damian Bobadilla prodded a Weston McKennie cross into his own net.

The US were irrepressible, and minutes after Balogun had a goal ruled offside, he made no mistake to finish off a flowing move after Christian Pulisic squared it from the left.

They added a third in first-half injury time as Malik Tillman – among tough competition probably the best player on the pitch – released Balogun into the box.

The 24-year-old still had a lot to do but worked his way past two Paraguayan defenders, shifted the ball onto his left foot and picked out the top corner, giving Orlando Gill no chance.

Paraguay’s Brazil-born midfielder Mauricio pulled one back in the 73rd minute after finding space on the left of the box.

But the US restored the three-goal cushion deep into injury time as substitute Giovanni Reyna curled in a sublime shot with the outside of his right foot.
