A personal trainer has opened up about the bittersweet reality of packing a whopping 10-inch manhood, admitting he often feels like nothing more than a “sex toy” for eager women. Liverpudlian Kieran John, who lives in a modest flat near Sydney’s famous Bondi Beach, boasts a staggering 10 inches in length and a massive six inches in girth.

But while millions of blokes would envy his eye-popping anatomy, the 35-year-old fitness coach insists that living with an extra-large member is actually a massive headache.

In fact, the Liverpool-born lad reveals that his jumbo asset brings him far more “stress” than action. Despite his jaw-dropping size, Kieran has to deal with wardrobe nightmares and painful friction on a daily basis.

“When I walk out of the ocean, I have to have my hands in my shorts pockets as I swell up so much it’s embarrassing,” he said.

“And I can’t wear most shorts or undies without being in pain at the end of the day. Jeans feel like I’m wearing rope between my legs. I know how women feel when they take off a tight bra at the end of the day.”

And the elements don’t help either, with the British ex-pat suffering from dramatic seasonal changes.

“I say I have winter penis and summer penis,” Kieran said. “In winter, I shrink to around nine and a half inches, but in the heat of summer with my blood circulation, I can go to above ten and it can get pretty uncomfortable.”

The personal trainer, who works with busy parents in Sydney’s affluent eastern suburbs, first realised he was different when he lost his virginity at 14.

Word quickly spread around his school about his “big sausage d***,” and his life has been a whirlwind of attention ever since.

Wealthy lovers have showered him with luxury gifts, fancy hotel stays, and penthouse treats just to experience his legendary “Big D*** Energy” (BDE). He’s even had married women rock up at his front door looking for action.

But Kieran insists he isn’t just a serial player, having only slept with two women in the last seven months, and under 100 in his entire life.

Recalling how an ex-girlfriend first spotted his bulge on a grassy knoll, he said: “She approached me and asked me out afterwards. Some women use me as a dildo – sometimes I don’t mind being objectified, but sex is supposed to be a meeting of the mind, body and spirit for both parties.

“I’ve had to learn how to seduce a woman’s mind before her body. Most men think with their balls. I’ve had to do it the other way round. I know I’ve got the balls; women know I’ve got the balls, but I’ve had to educate myself on foreplay because chances are I won’t be able to penetrate my lovers, or at least not for long.”

Shockingly, carrying around a real-life weapon can also be a total romance killer. Kieran admits that plenty of women are completely terrified of his size, leading to crushing rejection.

He said: “I can get extremely sexually frustrated and disappointed. One woman wouldn’t have me as her boyfriend due to my size. Some worry I’m somehow going to change the shape of their anatomy forever. I completely understand where they’re coming from. The last thing I would ever want to do is hurt a woman.”

Other times, the attention gets downright bizarre. Kieran said: “I feel objectified a lot of the time but usually I don’t mind unless they’re really creepy. One woman I was sleeping with called out to her housemates to all have a look, and they all came in,” Kieran revealed.

Despite the awkward encounters, the 6’3″ Muay Thai practitioner remains highly confident. He added: “I could get fat, or lose my foot, but I’ve still got a big d***, and I know I give off BDE. I know this sounds arrogant, but I know I have the ability to put women into sexual bliss.”

However, he isn’t sharing his story just to brag. Instead, Kieran wants to smash the taboos surrounding men’s health and encourage blokes to open up about their bodies.

He said: “I’m 35 and I reckon I’ve spoken to three mates in my whole life about penis issues, such as erectile dysfunction and thrush. Men just don’t talk about our penises.

“We suffer in silence and some die of testicular cancer because we are embarrassed to speak up. Women are constantly being told to check their breasts and men deserve that same conversation without shame.”
