A stunning influencer turned heads at Wimbledon with her stunning snaps, but not all is as it seemed, as even an international sports star was taken for a ride
Social media sensation Mia Zelu turned heads at Wimbledon with her stunning Instagram posts, but not all is as it seemed.
Some of the snaps seemed too perfect to be real – and that’s because they were. Mia is an artificial intelligence creation who has garnered over 284,000 followers on the social media platform.
The AI model posted photos of herself supposedly seated on Centre Court, adhering to the All-England Club’s strict dress code in a white vest and skirt ensemble. Another snap featured Mia playfully sipping Pimms for the camera.

Even her social media captions contribute to the illusion: “Still not over the event… but the party’s a whole other game… Which Wimbledon match was your fave?”
Adding a touch of self-awareness to her page, Mia also shared a video showcasing some of the articles written about her time at SW19.
“Let me be more than a face in the feed, Let me plant hope like a delicate seed. When I’m not here, may my message remain: You matter, you’re love, and it’s okay to change,” read the caption, quoting an AI song that played over the video.
Mia even has a “sister” named Ana, who boasts more followers than the blonde beauty by posting similar photos.
While Mia discloses her AI status in her bio, it hasn’t deterred thousands of fans from believing she’s real. One of those being Indian cricket star Rishabh Pant, who has liked many of her posts.
“Rishabh Pant thinks he’s interacting with a real girl, completely unaware that it’s an AI,” one fan quipped.
Meanwhile, another added: “Someone should probably tell Rishabh Pant that this is an AI account…’. Pant’s likes have since disappeared from the page.
Mia’s page still continues to post with her assuming almost 100,000 new followers in a year. A video was even created showing Mia supporting Germany at the World Cup.
The video of her joining in on the viral AI trend of TV cameras panning to stunning women in the crowd was echoed by Mia, with the caption reading: “POV: you’re 2-1 up & the camera comes to eat you alive, sir please”.
