Lamine Yamal’s little brother has become a social media sensation after he was pictured celebrating with his big brother during Spain’s World Cup victory against Argentina on Sunday (July 19).
Keyne is only three-years-old but has stolen fans’ hearts as he cheered on his older brother throughout the tournament. The toddler first went viral after Spain’s victory against Austria in the round of 32, after he was seen shouting “Vamos” while celebrating the win.
The viral clip received tens of thousands of likes and ever since football fans has not been able to get enough of little Keyne. Photos showing Keyne celebrating Spain’s World Cup victory have gone viral and fans have been quick to share their thoughts on the little lad’s adorable celebrations.
He was born in 2022 to Yamal’s mum, Sheila Ebana. Despite Keyne being significantly younger, the age gap doesn’t seem to affect the brothers much at all. The World Cup isn’t the only major tournament Keyne has been seen at watching his brother’s heroics on the pitch, as he was also seen when Spain won the UEFA Euro in 2024.
Yamal spoke about the relationship he has with his little brother after Spain defeated Austria earlier this month. The Spanish football star said: “I’m moved when I see my little brother this happy, as well as seeing my mum and friends living the life they always dreamed of.”
He added: “My little brother means everything to me. I am in love with him, it feels like he is my son.”
