Cameron Diaz has never been afraid to reveal her top beauty secrets – and says her top is “lots of sex”. The Hollywood star, 53, has admitted that plenty of activity in the bedroom has helped her over the years.
She said it’s “healthy” and we need it as human beings. The Charlie’s Angels star previously told British Vogue: “I don’t want to look 25 again. The fountain of youth for me, let’s see…I guess it’s exercise, healthy diet, lots of water, lots of laughter, lots of sex – yes, sex!
“We need that as human beings. It’s healthy, it’s natural, it’s what we are here to do!”
The Knight and Day actress has neve been afraid to open up about her sex life. In an interview with Playboy in 2010, she didn’t hold back any details.
She told the publication: “I’m primal on an animalistic level, kind of like: ‘Throw me over your shoulder. You man, me woman.’ I love physical contact. I have to be touching my lover, like, always. It’s not optional.”
The There’s Something About Mary actress said that she is also attracted to women. She told the magazine “Sexuality and love can be different things. I can be attracted to a woman sexually, but it doesn’t mean I want to be in love with a woman.
“If I’m going to be with a woman sexually, it doesn’t mean I’m a lesbian. We put these restraints and definitions on people, but it’s hard to define.”
The Shrek actress also spoke to PrideSource about claims that she is bisexual. But she shut down the label by saying that she, “can appreciate the beauty of another woman”.
And, although it may come as a surprise to many, she claimed that she is rarely approached by men. She told Playboy that “it takes a lot for a guy to ask out a girl like her”. But she added this is, “not because she’s super special”, but because she thinks “men are intimidated” and it is “a lot to get involved with”.
The star is married to Good Charlotte guitarist Benji Madden, who she tied the knot with in 2015. They have three children together.
