A 75-year-old grandad blamed had a unique excuse after being arrested with a 32-year-old woman for allegedly carrying out a noisy pool sex session near kids
An elderly man and a woman less than half his age were arrested after allegedly engaging in a noisy outdoor sex session in front of horrified kids at a pool. Shocked onlookers at the Central Texas Marketplace apartment complex in Waco, Texas, US, called 911 at around 5pm on Sunday.
It follows claims that 32-year-old Emilie Parma and 75-year-old Douglas Faith were spotted in a secluded spot in the water.
According to an arrest affidavit obtained by local news outlet KWTX, Parma was reportedly positioned on top of Faith, who is 43 years older than her, while “grinding and thrusting” and making loud sexual moans.
Bystanders reported that the explicit display was disturbing their children.
When officers turned up at the scene, Faith admitted that Parma had been sitting on top of him.
While he acknowledged that sexual contact had occurred, he offered a unique medical defence to insist no full intercourse took place, claiming he has a “penile implant.”
The attempt to dodge the charge failed to convince officers, and both Faith and Parma were handcuffed and charged with public lewdness.
To make matters worse for the elderly man, police are also reported to have discovered two joints in his possession, adding a drug charge to his rap sheet.
Court records show Parma was later released on a $1,500 bond, while Faith’s bail was set higher at $3,000.
