Costa Coffee launches new autumn menu with return of fan-favourite Maple Hazel

Costa Coffee has launched its new autumn 2026 menu, featuring the return of the brand’s fan-favourite Maple Hazel flavour, a new Maple Hazel Iced Matcha Latte, plus new toasties and sweet treats

Lovely stuff

As the summer heat gives way to crisp autumn mornings, Costa Coffee is officially ringing in the new season with the launch of its highly anticipated autumn menu, already in stores now. The high street chain is bringing back a host of seasonal favourites alongside several new additions, aiming to offer customers comforting flavours as the weather begins to cool.

At the centre of the seasonal launch is the return of the brand’s signature Maple Hazel range, known for its rich blend of roasted hazelnut and sweet maple notes. This year, the classic line-up of lattes, hot chocolates, and frappes is joined by an entirely new creation: the Maple Hazel Iced Matcha Latte.

The beverage combines pure matcha green tea with roasted hazelnut syrup and luxurious maple sauce, served over ice with chilled milk. Beyond the high street stores, customers will also be able to find Maple Hazel drinks at Costa Express machines, in supermarket sachets, and even in the skies, with bespoke sachets launching on Jet2 flights from today. For those seeking a caffeine-free alternative, a new Pure Chamomile Infusion herbal tea has also been added to the in-store menu.

It’s a really good range, to be fair

Alongside the seasonal beverages, Costa Coffee has introduced hearty new lunchtime options. The hot food menu now features a Philly Cheesesteak Toastie, which packs pulled beef brisket, roasted peppers, mature Cheddar, and Regato cheese into a Tuscan-style flatbread.

Cheese enthusiasts can also opt for the new Four Cheese Toastie, combining Red Leicester, mozzarella, mature Cheddar, and Emmental with American-style mustard on cheese-topped white bread.

The bakery section is receiving a seasonal refresh with the return of several popular sweet treats. The Dubai Style Pistachio Tiffin makes a comeback, layering dark and milk chocolate tiffin with digestive biscuits and dried kataifi, all finished with white chocolate and a pistachio drizzle.

Other indulgences include a decadent Chocolate and Salted Caramel Cake, a Sticky Pecan Mini Loaf, and a plant-based Gingernut Loaf Cake. Adding a playful nod to Halloween, the menu will also feature a hand-decorated Iced Ghost Gingerbread Biscuit.

Nishant Bhatia, Global Food and Beverage Director at Costa Coffee, noted that autumn is a time when many return to comforting, familiar rituals. “Our Maple Hazel range has become a much-loved part of that seasonal tradition for many customers, and we’re excited to welcome it back alongside our brand-new Maple Hazel Iced Matcha Latte,” he said.

To accompany the new menu, the coffee chain is also releasing a limited-edition merchandise collection inspired by the warm tones of autumn. The range features sleek brown reusable cups in 13oz and 16oz sizes, two plushie characters named Grillbert and Hazel, and a dedicated Maple Hazel keyring for the brand’s most loyal fans.
