The girlfriend of billionaire biohacker Bryan Johnson has compared the unique couple to “Adam and Eve” but admitted they no longer share a bed.
Kate Tolo, 30, has joined her boyfriend on his unique quest to eternal life, undergoing a similar level of bizarre and invasive procedures and protocols in order to hopefully achieve immortality. The Australian has had her menstrual cycle tracked and detailed, with the information all put online for anyone to see.
She has also been using a so-called “techno-tampon“, which according to Johnson himself is a high-tech device capable of measuring, amongst other things, his girlfriend’s “lady boners”.
Kate spoke about the pair’s unique health journey to become the “most-measured” couple in history, saying: “We’re like Adam and Eve trying to build the futuristic garden of Eden where you can just exist and your world takes better care of you than you could yourself.”
But part of the trade-off in their journey is the pair don’t get that much intimate time together as a couple. Their strict health and wellness regimes have meant the pair sleep in separate rooms.
Yet she is hopeful that she may get the chance to have at least one night with her health-mad partner, with the pair testing out the impacts of co-habitation.
She told The Times: “We’re gonna share a bed for three days and see what happens. Studies show that women do tend to show slightly worse sleep on average when sleeping with partners. But if our results show otherwise, I’m open to it.”
Despite not sharing the same bed, the happy couple have hardly been coy when it comes to sharing details about their sex life, or the precise functionality of their respective reproductive organs.
The billionaire infamously said his partner has a “top 1%” vagina after performing oral sex on her – and posting the results online. He said Kate’s sample was “dominated by the single most protective bacterial species a vagina can host”, with Johnson also posting on X at the time: “Just gave Kate oral sex. Goodnight everyone.”
The reason for the constant sharing of their precise health conditions is supposedly to help others. So far, the research into Kate’s sexual health especially has been carried out with the hopes of raising awareness about what she calls “understudied and underfunded” conditions.
