A man in Georgia, US, is on the run after he was spotted on CCTV breaking into a posh home and taking a dip in the hot tub before committing a lewd act with a rubber duck
A burglary suspect is accused of trespassing onto a private residence and using the swimming pool and hot tub before embarking upon a steamy affair – with a rubber duck.
Cops are searching for the unnamed suspect, who also nicked £880 worth of pool towels. The man allegedly entered the plush premises in Georgia, US, between 2.15am and 5.30am on September 1.
Chatham County police said: “He trespassed onto their property, used their hot tub, became obsessed with their rubber duck, then stole their pool towels. It’s obviously not the biggest crime we’ve dealt with this month, but it has a lot of ick factor.
“So, we’d like to find this guy so he doesn’t do this to someone else.”
The suspect is seen taking a dip in the pool and then using the hot tub. Cops said while in the hot tub he spent 10 minutes “intensely interacting” with the rubber duck.
In pictures shared by the police, the man is seen in several uncompromising positions with the rubber duck. In one image the man appears to be holding the duck up to his mouth in a kissing motion.
When the weird bloke finally left the home, police said he nicked beach towels valued at £880 before escaping on bicycle. Police have urged the public to report any information on the strange duck man they have.
In a separate man-falling-in-love-with-an-inanimate-object incident, a bloke from Florida was arrested earlier this year after he engaged in a romantic encounter with a vacuum cleaner.
Kevin Dale Westerhold, 51, entered a no contest plea to the indecent exposure charge.
He was then sentenced, according to court documents obtained by Smoking Gun, to 12 months probation. He was also fined £220 and ordered to undergo a “psycho-sexual evaluation” by a judge.
