The individuals caught having intercourse with canines who can now work for the FBI after rule change

A close ally of US President Donald Trump has raised eyebrows after the FBI quietly changed its hiring rules so bestiality is no longer an automatic bar to joining the bureau.

The bizarre revelation sparked angry and baffled questions during a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on Tuesday (September 15), with Republican Senator John Kennedy demanding: “I’m trying to understand why you did this… Why would you even get into bestiality?”

FBI director Kash Patel insisted the change was being misunderstood, saying he was shown “cases” where applicants were “forced into it” through trafficking or abuse and should not face an instant ban. So, here are the people who could potentially now work for the FBI under the updated guidance…

Anthony Danner (Convicted December 2016)

Anthony Danner was charged for romping with his female husky called Velvet and a male malamute named Wolf. He was arrested on following an investigation into the bizarre sex acts, the Daily Star reported.

Matthew Brubaker, Terry Wallace, and Marc Measnikoff (Convicted April 2019)

These three men were convicted in Clearfield County, Pennsylvania, for operating a multi-year animal abuse operation. A teenage witness alerted state police that the men were forcing teenagers to restrain a variety of animals – including nine horses, a cow, a goat, and several dogs – so the men could sexually abuse them and record the acts. They are currently serving lengthy consecutive sentences in state prison, ranging from 20 to 41 years.

Jerry Morgan (Convicted July 2020)

The twisted man had sex with his pet dog at Christmas as his girlfriend stood next to them filming. He was sentenced in Madison Circuit Court Division 6 by Judge Mark Dudley in one of the cases to two years on charges of criminal confinement, intimidation, two counts of domestic battery and interference, the Daily Star reported.

Prentiss Madden (Convicted October 2021)

A former South Florida veterinarian who was investigated by local police and federal Homeland Security Investigations. Madden was caught recording himself sexually abusing multiple dogs. He was successfully prosecuted at the federal level under the Preventing Animal Cruelty and Torture (PACT) Act for creating “animal crush” videos. He is currently serving a 262-month (21-year) federal prison sentence.

Stanley Eugene Price (Convicted September 2023)

Stanley Eugene Price pleaded guilty this week to one count of Bestiality

Stanley Eugene Price agreed to look after his friend Husky, while they were away. But he was caught on their home security system abusing the animal. More about the case here.

Brennah Montgomery (Convicted May 2025)

A 31-year-old Las Vegas woman who pleaded guilty to a gross misdemeanor charge of bestiality alongside a felony count of possessing child sexual abuse material. Authorities executed a search warrant after receiving digital tips and uncovered 153 self-recorded videos documenting her sexually abusing her pet dog.

Malia Nummerdor (Arrested in September 2026)

Malia Nummerdor, 38, was charged with engaging in sexual contact with an animal this week after her husband shared some rather disturbing allegations on Facebook. He claimed he had photo and video evidence to prove the alleged sick intimate acts, the Daily Star previously reported.

Steven Swain (arrested in May 2026)

Steven Swain, 56, is facing a serious bestiality charge linked to a shocking incident in November 2025. The investigation into Swain, who is the head of The Swain Law Firm and has been practising as a lawyer in Houston since 1997, began in May when his wife lodged a complaint against him with the Houston Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. Tristin Pipkin (Convicted April 2026)

A 27-year-old resident of Horn Lake, Mississippi. He entered a guilty plea to “unnatural intercourse” involving a family pet – a Great Pyrenees-Labrador mix.

His girlfriend discovered explicit video evidence of the abuse on his phone and turned it over to the Horn Lake Police Department. He is currently awaiting scheduling for his final sentencing and faces up to 10 years in prison.

KnottyFairy (jailed)
