Emma first shared a video of herself wearing the dress as she turned to show off the different angles of her look.
Talking through the style and fit, Emma said: “Look at this dress. I’m obsessed with it. It’s brand new, this is its first outing. Look at all the sparkles… can you see because of the light behind me? Look at all the sparkles. Guys I love it. It’s from Oh Polly, not gifted or anything, I just love it and had to show you.
“It’s heavy, you know? It feels solid… can you see how it’s sparkling?” She added: “I’d love to say more, I just had to show you this. Honestly, I’m going to be living in it for the rest of the year. That’s a lie, I’ll be in my trackies.”
Her pal Laura was among the many admirers of the outfit, as the 39-year-old replied with three melting face emojis.
One fan wrote: “I’ve watched 145 times and I can’t see any sparkles.” A second commented: “I couldn’t see any sparkles – I’ll have to watch again.” And a third posted: “The stitching is remarkable.”
Emma then dedicated a second post to the outfit as she uploaded four pics of her posing to the camera, alongside the caption: “A final moment for the dress.”
The Yorkshire lass wore the dress to a charity night for Kids in Mind, where more than £96,000 was raised.
She added: “This is one of my favourite events of the year because there’s so much love and generosity in the room and it serves as a reminder that most people have big hearts and good intentions.”
More fans took to the comments section to laud her look, with one saying: “Beautiful as always,” a second echoed: “You look so gorgeous Em.” As a third added: “That’s the internet broken again.”
Emma has been enjoying the summer racing, styling plenty of eye-catching dresses while working for Raceday TV.
She also presents coverage of Speedway for TNT Sports, a sport that is close to her heart and holds a special pride for her family, especially her dad, who is a big fan.
She said: “When I did the rugby league over at Odsal I saw the old track there. But I’ve not seen it in action. It would be nice to get it back in action wouldn’t it?
“I think this is the most proud my dad has been of me. He was like, ‘Emma I used to go and watch that as a kid, I love it.’ It’s been nice talking about it because it’s brought back nice memories for him.
“We’ve been to one of the events at Belle Vue Manchester at the National Speedway Stadium. He’s been giving me a semi-briefing on the history of the sport.”
