Foul-mouthed Trump’s sweary rants spark fears president is ‘dropping the plot’

Experts warn 80-year-old Donald Trump’s increased use of swearing and wild public outbursts are tell-tale signs the ageing president’s cognitive health is slipping

Potty-mouth Donald Trump’s constant swearing and wild meltdowns could mean the 80-year-old president is losing his marbles, it’s been claimed. The US president is dropping profanities at more than double the rate he used to, according to analysis by The New York Times.

Crunching thousands of his speeches, rants and social media posts since 2015 with AI technology, boffins found the Orange Manbaby now dishes out 15 curse words for every 10,000 words he utters – compared to just six a decade ago.

He’s also leaned heavily into dramatic “all-or-nothing” chatter, barking about utter catastrophe or massive triumphs. Experts reckon the filthy tongue and black-and-white babble are classic red flags that an ageing brain is sliding into cognitive decline.

Former ABC newsman Terry Moran recently lifted the lid on The Daily Beast Podcast, claiming Trump is using rude words to mask his fading abilities.

Moran said: “We’ve all seen him evolve over time. He’s not as sharp as he used to be on the stump…He had an almost carnivorous sense of where the vulnerabilities and the excitement in the crowd were, and he’d riff them up. I think as a replacement, he’s just cursing…and that’ll get a charge, to say the F word or whatever.”

However, Trump recently boasted at a midterm rally in Ohio how he “aced” a series of brain tests.

“Obama couldn’t have passed them; Biden we don’t even talk about,” Trump told the crowd, insisting he is a “very high IQ person.”

The foul-tempered OAP – the oldest person ever sworn in to run the free world – has also been flying off the handle at anyone who dares question him.

When Reuters reporter Jacob Bogage asked if he dodged rally stops due to travel fatigue, Trump lost his rag and fat-shamed the journalist on the spot.

“Oh, you’re sick to ask that question,” Trump snapped at Bogage. “You are sick. Can you imagine? Look at this guy. He’s way out of shape.

“He comes to me, ‘Sir, you’re not going to Kansas,'” he barked, before adding: “You are disgusting. Put yourself in shape. You look like hell.”

When he isn’t hurling abuse at reporters, the Commander-in-Chief has been leaving crowds scratching their heads with bizarre comments about men’s bodies.

Appearing in Ohio last week, he openly gawked at ex-college football ace Jon Husted, telling a bewildered audience: “I started examining his body, because I didn’t know he was a great athlete. I looked at his a**.”
