A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Police stated: ‘On Saturday 10 February 2024, officers have been known as to experiences of a rape in Newbold, Rochdale.
‘Four boys aged 12, 13, 14, 14 have been arrested on suspicion of rape and stay in police custody.
‘The sufferer is presently being supported by specialist officers.
‘A scene stays in place as officers proceed their investigation.
‘If you or somebody you already know has been raped or sexually assaulted, we encourage you to not undergo in silence and report it to the police, or a assist company so you will get the assistance and assist obtainable.’
