Putin’s ‘focus is damaged’ as physique language reveals his ‘coronary heart is not actually in it’

Russian President Vladimir Putin’s “heart” is no longer in the job, and his focus is “broken,” a body language expert has claimed.

Earlier today, Putin was sworn in to office – again – at a lavish inauguration ceremony in Moscow. The despot was seen standing behind a fancy lectern with a giant Russian flag emblazoned on a big screen behind him.

During his inauguration, Putin – who’s now been in power longer than anyone since the days of fellow tyrant Josef Stalin – promised to uphold the “rights of Russians” and the “security and integrity of the state”.

He added: “I will do everything possible, everything within my abilities, to justify your trust. We are a single and great nation and together we will overcome all obstacles and implement and realise everything that we dream of. Together we will win.”

And it is that last paragraph that has seen Inbaal Honigman, celebrity psychic and body language expert, claim that the stoic and tough guy Putin of years gone by may have gone.

Speaking exclusively to the Daily Star, she said: “Vladimir Putin’s body language during his speech, includes some interesting physical cues. Interestingly, his shoulders do a little up and down sway, which is almost a playful jiggle. This might mean that he finds the occasion dull and his heart isn’t really in it.

“His facial expressions don’t give much away, as his chin is down and he regularly nods along to his words, which shows conviction. As the President states his closing statement, that together, they ‘will win’, his eyes wander away, which suggests that his focus is broken.

“At the very end, he raises his eyebrows and stiffens his chin, which creates an expression of determination. The interesting combination of body language combining potential boredom with determination shows that the fifth-term Russian leader is not the same Putin of unbroken focus of yesteryear.”

Surrounded by his supporters – who were probably forced to be there – Putin again referred to the Russia-Ukraine war as a “special military operation”, and claimed that all his fellow Russians were behind him, despite the growing opposition in the country to that conflict.

Both the UK and the US ambassadors boycotted the inauguration ceremony . . . but actor Steven Seagal did not.
