Inside filth lined home the place eight cats and 5 flea-ridden canine have been caged
A woman used her a rank filthy home to cage more than a dozen cats and dogs kept prisoners in her horrid mess.
Stephanie Sinclaire lived in abject squalor, as did her malnourished pets, eight cats and five dogs, which she kept in cages without clean water.
The RSPCA rescued the animals from the Brierley Hill address, where they were covered in their own poo and urine.

One of the dogs, Ozzy, had to be put down due to the severity off his condition, reports BirminghamLive.
They were found with no comfortable bedding to rest on, and the cats were found in small crates with either heavily-soiled litter trays for not tray at all.
The dogs were found to be suffering with a variety of health conditions including fleas, skin lesions, dental disease and eye discharge. Four of the five dogs, and all eight of the cats, were underweight due to a lack of food.
The vet who examined the animals said they had suffered unnecessarily in the unsanitary environment. Ozzy, and another dog called Sykes, had lesions on their skin due to pressure from inappropriate housing and prolonged contact with urine and faeces causing scalding.
Ozzy suffered for a number of weeks due to pain associated with severe spondylosis – a painful condition of the spine resulting from the degeneration of the intervertebral discs. He developed painful urine scald and pressure sores affecting his limbs.
Tragically, he was put to sleep by vets after being rescued. The other rescued animals were being looked after by RSPCA and can now be rehomed.
Sinclaire, admitted to four animal welfare offences and was given as 26-week custodial sentence, suspended for 12 months. She was also disqualified from keeping animals for 10 years.
She was also ordered to pay £400 in costs and to carry out 15 Rehabilitation Activity Requirement (RAR) days.
