New Liverpool boss Arne Slot shares agent with six massive stars – together with Haaland
New Liverpool boss Arne Slot has one of the most famous football agents in the world.
Slot has officially taken over from Jurgen Klopp, signing a three-year deal which was organised by Rafaela Pimenta. She’s considered to be one of the first female “super-agents”, boasting an extensive high-profile clientele.
The Brazilian worked under the infamous Italian Mino Raiola up until his death in 2022, at which point she took over his work. She inherited the likes of Manchester City goal machine Erling Haaland and Paul Pogba, prior to his four-year ban for a doping offence.

Also under her guidance are Bayern Munich defenders Matthijs de Ligt and Noussair Mazraoui, West Ham goalkeeper Alphonse Areola, former PSG midfielder Marco Verratti – who joined Qatari side Al-Arabi SC last summer – and Inter Milan veteran Henrikh Mkhitaryan.
Pimenta isn’t afraid to make waves, just like her close friend Raiola, who was regularly in the headlines for being a hardball negotiator and protecting his players at all costs – earning himself a controversial reputation in the process.

She was reported to have annoyed Feyenoord by repeatedly offering Slot’s services to other clubs. He was heavily linked to Tottenham 12 months ago before Ange Postecoglou filled their vacancy.
She’s made him a happy man now, though, with Slot over the moon to be taking charge of “one of the biggest clubs in the world”. He made that comment in a message shared to Feyenoord’s fans on their club website.
It read: “It is certainly not an easy decision to close the door behind you at a club where you have experienced so many wonderful moments, and worked so successfully with so many wonderful people.
“But as a sportsman, an opportunity to become a head coach in the Premier League, at one of the biggest clubs in the world, is difficult to ignore. I am grateful to Feyenoord for their willingness to cooperate in this transition.”
