‘Bloody Joe Biden takes massive steps in direction of WW3’ as Russian officers left fuming
Russian politicians are accusing President Joe Biden of taking a “big step towards World War Three” after the White House reportedly gave permission for Ukraine to blast Russia with US-supplied missiles.
The decision sparked outrage in Moscow. Vladimir Putin’s top crony Vladimir Dzhabarov, deputy chairman of the foreign affairs committee, said: “This is a very big step towards the beginning of the Third World War. [Biden is] a departing old man who will no longer be responsible for anything in two months.”
Liberal-Democatic party leader Leonid Slutsky also slammed the United States’ 81-year-old president: “Biden has apparently decided to end his presidential term and go down in history as Bloody Joe.
“It will mean only one thing – direct US participation in the military conflict in Ukraine, which will inevitably entail the harshest response from Russia, based on the threats that will be created for our country.”
Senior Russian senator Andrey Klishas also joined in the chorus: “The West has decided on a level of escalation that could end with the remnants of Ukraine completely losing their statehood.”
Russian despot Putin himself is still yet to respond to this major change in Western policy. But in October he issued a chilling threat to the West, saying how long-range missile strikes on his country would mean the West was “at war with Russia”.
This comes in the wake of Vladimir Putin’s significant escalation of bombardments across Ukraine, firing 120 missiles and deploying 90 drones in one of the most substantial air raids of the conflict so far.
After a protracted period of deliberation, it is believed that President Biden endorsed Ukraine’s position over the weekend, as his tenure at the White House nears its final two months.
Downing Street is yet to comment on Biden’s decision, which has still not been officially announced but widely reported on in the US.
