Alisha Lehmann and Maya Jama celebrated in style after their Baller League team MVPs United staged a sensational comeback against M7 FC to win 3-2 on Monday.

Juventus and Switzerland star Lehmann teamed up with the Love Island presenter to co-manage MVPs United at the six-a-side tournament — and registered their second win from two matches with a superb turnaround on Monday night.

M7 FC found themselves two goals ahead inside the first 13 minutes and missed a glorious chance to extend the lead from the penalty spot, taking full control in the early stages.

But MVPs United bounced back sharply and scored a stunning three goals in just eight minutes to stage a complete turnaround, becoming one of just four sides to win their opening two matches in the influencer-led league.

Delighted by the result, Jama — who is rumoured to be dating Manchester City defender Ruben Dias — performed a jubilant dance in celebration, before applauding her team on the pitch.

‘Maya Jama loves a Monday night at the football,’ the league’s official Instagram account posted in the aftermath of MVPs United’s memorable victory, broadcasting the reality TV star’s dance moves on social media.

Although Jama has not publicly confirmed a new romantic relationship with City star Dias, she has been spotted watching the defender from the stands at both the Etihad Stadium and in Lisbon during the international break.

Rumours surrounding the pair’s romance later intensified after Ruben shared a photo from his New Year celebrations in Ibiza.

The snap was of two people gazing at a sunset with their faces obscured, and fans became convinced it was Maya.

The pair have kept their romance relatively under wraps – but earlier this month Gary Lineker seemingly confirmed their relationship by referencing her ‘boyfriend’.

And just last week, Maya added fuel to speculation as she hinted she is taking Portuguese lessons.

Lehmann, who has been dubbed by some fans as the ‘world’s sexiest footballer’, had previously been involved in the first season of the Baller League in Germany in 2023.

The Swiss footballer and former Germany and Arsenal forward Lukas Podolski had been the managers of ‘Streets United’, who won the inaugural season.

The league initially started in a disused plane hanger in Cologne but has now branched out overseas.

The six-a-side league will take place every Monday until mid-May with 12 teams involved — and each match will be live-streamed alongside a weekly show by YouTubers.

Alan Shearer, Lineker, Micah Richards are serving as high-profile managers of Deportrio, one of the 12 teams, who like MVPs United have won their opening two games.

Meanwhile, former England and Chelsea star John Terry is experiencing less success in charge of the 26ers, having lost his first two games in charge.

The legendary centre-back was beaten 7-5 by Yanited, the current Baller League leaders who are managed by YouTuber and Manchester United fan Angry Ginge.
