The Best Cars of the Year have been named

The Best Cars of the Year have been named by an international jury of motoring experts – with input from car buyers attending this year’s British Motor Show.

Overall champion was the electric Renault 4, which also won best EV. Renault was also judged best car company.

Fiat’s Grande Panda was named best small car, while best value vehicle was the Dacia Bigster SUV.

Honda’s new Prelude was best coupe, Hyundai’s Santa Fe the best seven-seater SUV, and the Denza B5 SUV best ‘prospect’ for 2026.
