Gory mugshot of dad-of-six lined in scratches after restraining order breaches

Christopher Miller is believed to have gone against the rules of the restraining order placed on him a total of 10 times after he was jailed for repeatedly harassing his ex-lover

This is the chilling mugshot of a man who broke a restraining order against him ten separate times. It comes as he was sent to prison yet again for breaching the conditions of the order to stay away from his former partner.

Christopher Miller, 54, was sentenced to another 13 months in prison by a judge after he admitted to being in breach of the rules set out against him. But this is not the first time that Miller has had a restraining order placed on him.

On two separate occasions, he had restraining orders placed on him by his ex-wife, back in 2019 and in 2023. However, Miller showed no sign of respecting the restraining order and has appeared in court several times as a result of refusing to follow the rules.

The Daily Mail reported that Miller pleaded guilty to breaching a restraining order in Banbury, Oxfordshire on September 21, 2024. Initially, he had pleaded not guilty and the case was set to go to trial but he eventually changed his mind.

In the latest run-in with his former wife, Oxford Crown Court heard how Miller had approached his wife at work, and yelled at her from his car window. He then shouted, “F*** off”, making a rude gesture and then drove off; a move deemed a “clear breach” by the presiding judge.

Christopher’s mugshot, released by Thames Valley Police, shows a gory scene as the lag can be seen scowling, but sporting what appear to be hefty scratches right around his face. These long, red scratches hug the criminal’s face and come down as far as his right cheek, but the force did not explain the reasoning for these cuts.

A father of six kids, Miller had already been hit with two restraining orders, with the first instance being in 2019 after the couple had split and he had supposedly moved out. However, she was shocked to come home and find that he had managed to get back into the house they used to call home.

At his second trial in 2023, Miller gave an impassioned speech to the court, saying that he was becoming more and more isolated as a result of the restraining order. “I’ve gone from a big family; six children and a dog,” he lamented.

But as well as this, the court also discovered documents that he had texted one person a long and rambling spiel “slagging off” his former partner. He is also believed to have slammed the court order for him to stay away from her, branding it a “full of s*** injunction.”

Miller insisted that the text messages were sent as a means to “protect his children”, but this failed to gain him any sympathy and he was sentenced to 16 months in prison. But on top of his breaches of restraining orders, he also was given a civil injunction for anti-social behaviour back in 2021.

The order effectively banned him from loitering around any bridge that crosses over the A34 or the M40 in Oxfordshire. This decision also affected railway lines throughout the entire county, as Thames Valley Police said his actions were causing alarm for local residents.

At the time, the force released a statement that his behaviour was causing everyone a “significant amount of alarm and stress”. They went on to welcome the court order and apologised to those affected by his actions.
